MAUTECH Admission Letter Collection Procedure 2023/2024 Session [UPDATED]

This is to inform the public that the management of Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola (MAUTECH) has released the procedure for collection of admission letter for all students newly admitted into MAUTECH.

MAUTECH Procedure for Collection of Admission Letter.

The collection of the original copy of the admission letter has commenced. Candidates are advised to check the timetable for collection for their date of collection.

Requirements for collection of Admission letters for UTME/DE candidates:

1. Applicants are to come in person (not by proxy);
2. Applicants are to come along with:
   1. Photocopy of JAMB result slip/JAMB acknowledgement slip (DE applicants) and JAMB Admission letter;
   2. Specimen/duplicate copy (Student Copy) of MAUTECH Admission letter
   3. Originals of their Credentials (O’Level result(s), A’Level result for DE applicants, Declaration of Age/Birth Certificate, Indigene Letter) for sighting and photocopies for submission;
   4. New/Un-used Scratch card(s) for O’Level result(s) for verification.
   5. Two Passport Photograph.

The admission committee wishes to invites all candidates admitted to study various degree programmes of Modibbo Adama University Yola for the 2023/2024 academic session to come to the university admission office for the collection of their institutional admission letters as scheduled below. 

• Date: 4th December 2023 – 13 December 2023.
• Time: 8:30am. 
• Venue: University admission office
